Ancon in Culebra Cut.  Looking north from Cerro Luisa, August 15, 1914.  Note the relocated rail line at the foot of Cerro Luisa near the shacks.  Note how the grade increases quickly.  The old PRR line is still being used from the West Bank by crossing over the pontoon bridge seen in an open position by Paraiso.  An earlier rail line can be seen directly across the Canal along the base of the opposite Cerro Luisa.  It is a faint line that looks like a road.  The next photo shows this rail line better.
