This is a very early photo of
the Santo Domingo Church showing most of the old church. Most of
these walls were either destroyed on purpose or collapsed in time.
As you will see in the series of photos in the presentation, only the
area where the flat arch is exists today. This photo also shows
the many arches described in the John O. Collins narrative on the main
page. This must have been a magnificent church prior to the 1756
fire!
