I love your site. It brings back many happy memories. I used to dive off the old Gamboa Bridge when I was a kid.( got my tail beat for it too) Thanks again for this trip down memory lane.

I have enjoyed this web-site so very much. With the great photos, stories and comments from the site's visitors, it is very well done. I lived in the Canal Zone from 1940 to 1956 when my family moved to California. I guess I shall always miss the Canal Zone and the wonderful life we had down there. So many good memories with good friends. I will always have a special spot in my heart for the Town of Cocoli where we lived for many years. That West Bank town was special to all the kids that grew up there. I would like to hear from any friends from those days.

This is such an amazing feat to put this together. I just found it at work today and will really get into it at home this weekend. I was stationed at Howard AFB from 1963-1965 and this brings up so many memories. I remember an amazing athlete from Balboa named Luther Quinn and I attended lots of his games while he was in HS at Balboa. I had a few libations with a great guy who is probably gone now. His name was Red and he was Fire Chief in Balboa. Again, great job and I will enjoy all the info. Thnx
