This is a photo of Pedro Miguel Locks construction.  I found this photo very interesting in two ways.  Note the large pipe looking thing.  This is a wooden mold made to creat one of the lar culverts.  Some really great workmanship went into these molds.  The other interesting thing is the small narrow gauge locomotive pictured.  These smaller gauge locomotives did much of the smaller work in the chambers.
